Samsung Galaxy A73 5G – Hidden Secret Weapon

We would also like to draw your attention to the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G. Actually, a performance was also expected for the German-speaking area. But nothing came of it. Instead, this smartphone just hides in an international announcement in the form of a casual mention with no specific launch date in local countries.
Samsung is currently keeping the exact specifications under wraps in many countries. However, it has already become known that a 120 Hz display (6.7 inches) is installed and there are four cameras on the back (108 + 12 + 5 + 5 megapixels). As for the processor, the choice fell on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G, which is supported by 8 GB of RAM and, depending on the model chosen, 128 or 256 GB of storage space. Based on Android 12, the new One UI 4.1 user interface will be factory installed. And in addition to the fast WLAN standard WiFi 6, the smartphone will also support 5G – as the name already suggests.
So far not intended for Europe: the Samsung Galaxy A73 5G.
There are no prices yet, an introduction in selected markets – including Asia – is planned from the end of April. Even if an introduction in Germany is not yet planned, it cannot be ruled out that the smartphone will also be available in stores in this country at a later date.
Huawei Nova 9 SE – A smartphone without Google services
And somewhat surprisingly, Huawei has also announced another smartphone for the German market. The Huawei Nova 9 SE is supposed to score points as the successor to the Huawei Nova 9, but will be available in stores with significantly slimmed-down equipment. Although the display of the SE version is slightly larger (6.78 instead of 6.57 inches), it is only an LCD panel instead of an OLED. And you also have to make compromises with the processor. Because instead of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 778G in the Huawei Nova 9, the Huawei Nova 9 SE only has the Snapdragon 680 installed.

The Huawei Nova 9 SE is now available in Germany.

And unlike the predecessor, WiFi 6 is no longer supported. The main camera on the back has a resolution of up to 108 megapixels, while the predecessor only had a maximum of 48 megapixels. All of this means that the recommended retail price (RRP) has dropped noticeably. It is 349 euros. The Huawei Nova 9 was 150 euros more expensive when it was launched. But probably the biggest limitation: Google services cannot be used on this new Huawei smartphone either.

Nokia 105 / Nokia 110 – new cell phones for purists
Or should it rather be a classic cell phone? Then you could opt for the new edition of the Nokia 105 (2022) and Nokia 110 (2022) feature phones. While the new Nokia 105 has a 1.77-inch display above the physical numeric keypad, it only works in GSM networks. The same applies to the Nokia 110, but there is also a QVGA camera on the back and the internal memory can be expanded by up to 32 GB.
